I am not going to post the name of the store because I am not sure if that is allowed. But I would love to know how a certain gas station in town is getting away with selling pipes used solely for the consumption of drugs, in plain view. There are actually glass pipes for sale on the pay counter at this store. They are not even disguised as anything else. We are having a "war on drugs", but our local fill'n station can sell methamphetamine paraphernalia? That is easily accessible now, and you do not have to be 18+ to buy?

 

 

 

 

If you are arrested for meth, you get anywhere from 10 yrs. probation to 5ys to life in prison. I say they should do the same for the people who make the chemicals and or pipes or any of it pay the same price.

 

 

 

I agree, and the manager/owner does not care. he said, "well I make a my money!"

 

 

 

I'm sure they're not marketing them specifically as meth pipes.

 

 

This situation needs to be known!! The name of the store needs to become public knowledge. I strongly recommend that churches, parents, etc. should know and be vocally against this situation.

 

We have so much drugs and porn in today's society.

 

The response from the store manager was certainly NOT acceptable. The way to get action is for the public not to patronize this store until this situation is corrected

 

 

It is the Exxon here in town, Tigermart, there on the I-20 toward lake leon

 

 

Well I only go in there to buy condoms, the ribbed kind of course, but I have seen the pipes.... and the soap bubbles that come with them.

 

 

 

 

Why in world doesn't someone call the police and let them handle it? Good gosh, this is a no-brainer for heavens sake. I can not believe the police have not been contacted.

 

Pick up the phone and let them know what you saw....save a life....for mercy sake.

 

 

 

Cigarette rolling papers are sold in most convenience stores around too. Do people still roll their own cigs? Give me a break. I haven't seen anyone do that for 30 years. And what about those Mini-thins? Aren't they just a legal speed?

 

 

The pipes are now gone. The Eastland Police Department removed them from the store.

This is the box that the pipe below comes in. It is labeled as a MYSTIC VASE.

 

The Mystic Vase pipe has a cork ring around the neck. This keeps the user from burning

his/her fingers as they smoke the meth. The "heart" shown on the left side of the "vase"

peels back and when removed uncovers the small hole used to insert the powder in the pipe.

 

This pipe comes without a box ... just as you see it here.

 

Look at the small hole plug on the bowl, just over the rose petals.

As with the other pipe, it is easily unblocked.

 

 

 

You can also buy them without the rose.

In some states, these are legal. In Texas, they are not.
